With over 13 years experience within commercial and private counselling supported by a Distiction in Counselling from Oxford College, I am committed to providing counselling therapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment.



I work with a NHS registered Charity, Blue Anchor Training Company and Albins International Repatriation (a Breavement Service specialising in repatriation of military personnel from overseas)

Not all of us have close friends or family that we feel comfortable in confiding our concerns to. Even if we do, their advice, however well meaning, will not necessarily be what you need. Counselling gives you the opportunity to air your inner most thoughts without any judgement. Most importantly, our discussions are Totally Confidential

Each session lasts for an hour and you are free to cease the sessions whenever you wish - there is no tie in at all, - its completly up to you...
