The identity of the person making the call and nature of their enquiry is obviously confidential, however, I will provide a quarterly breakdown of categorised calls for your business planning. I will be pleased to discuss rates for this service which is made on a quarterly contract and requires just 30 days notice to cancel. The fact that you offer this service is very influential to an Employment Tribunal should you ever be unfortuante to be subject to a claim from an employee.

ER Service - this service is ideal if you are a small company without the benefit of a HR dept, but are experiencing problems with attendance to work, lateness or grievances being raised. I will come to your premsies, work with the relevant manager and mediate between the employee and the company. I will prepare all legally required documentation - sending letters to the employee on your behalf and sit in on any appeal process to ensure you are legally compliant and avoid litigation.
